Velkommen
til Edvard Grieg Lodge!
Edvard
Grieg lodge was founded in 1957, named for the famous Norwegian composer.
We honor him annually with a musical presentation. Although we have
over 175 members, we can point to members in over 50 cities across CA
and the US. We are known as a friendly lodge due to our Secret Greeter
"game".
Meetings
Edvard
Grieg Lodge meets at 7:30 PM on the second Friday of each month, which
includes a regular interesting and well-researched presentation on issues
related to Norway and our heritage. The meeting is followed by a social
with coffee and light snacks (including our famous smørbrød).
Heritage or social events take place on the third Saturday of the month,
generally preceded by a social hour, featuring authentic Norwegian dishes.
